Daniel Simcoe was raised in Southern California and moved to Oregon to raise a family, and has lived in Oregon for over 30 years.

Mr. Simcoe received his Undergraduate Degree at San Diego State University in 1972. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1980. He studied Constitutional law with Professor Anthony Kennedy, who later became a Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Simcoe is licensed to practice law in Oregon and California, as well as the United States federal courts. He has also received specialized training in Mediation.
